Do I need a seller's permit to register?

Yes. We are for wholesale only.  Customers must be authorized to purchase wholesale in their state or providence.

How do I update my Address?

Under My Account, click View Address.  You may edit your address or add a new address here.

How do I view my invoices in My Account?

Your Order History under My Account will only show completed transactions.  All pending orders, including invoices for payment, are sent to your email. 

To view invoices for payment:

1) Log in to your account.

2) Follow the invoice link on your email.

Please contact us if you need another invoice sent to you.

How are your prices shown?

Our prices are shown as price per pack.  You can view price per piece in the product description under the pack information tab.

How are your packs bundled?

Our Regular size pack contains total of 6 pieces and bundled S/M/L - 2/2/2.

Our Plus size pack contains total of 6 pieces and bundled 1X/2X/3X - 2/2/2.

Our Ex Plus size pack contains total of 6 pieces and either bundled 3X/4X/5X - 2/2/2 or 4X/5X/6X - 2/2/2.

How are your 1/2 packs bundled?

Our 1/2 Regular size pack contains total of 3 pieces and bundled S/M/L - 1/1/1.

Our 1/2 Plus size pack contains total of 3 pieces and bundled 1X/2X/3X - 1/1/1

Our 1/2 Ex. Plus size pack contains total of 3 pieces and bundled 4X/5X/6X - 1/1/1

Do you offer private label and custom manufacturing services?

Yes. We are a complete manufacturer and offer our full spectrum of services to you.  We offer design assistance, pattern making, sample making, sewing, etc. Contact us for more information.

What is the minimum quantity for manufacturing orders?

Our minimum quantity is 120 pieces.
