Our return policy lasts 21 days from the original shipping date.
Please contact us at email@example.com to start your return process. Please indicate "Return Wholesale" in the subject line and provide a brief description of the reason for the return. Also, please provide your invoice # for reference.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with all its original tags and labels in tact.
All refunds will be issued as store credit only. Only damaged items may qualify for a fund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded.
If you have received a defective or damaged item, we ask that you contact us immediately - within 5 days of the receiving date - via firstname.lastname@example.org. Please attach picture of the damage.
